We offer Convenient Payment Options in addition to Directly Billing your Insurance Company.
01. Pre-pay for maximum savings Option
Pre-pay at time of pre-confirmation, or earlier, and save 10% (By way of Debit, transfer or cash).
02. Day of Credit Card Option
We've made efforts to accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American express) in order to allow multiple means of deferment, that usually offers reward points to cardholders.
*As we submit claims electronically, in most instances the Patient is re-imbursed well before payment is due on their Credit Card.
03. 3 Month Payment Flex Option
For more comprehensive treatments. Downpayment 40% (due 3 business days prior to day of appointment), followed by 3 additional monthly automatic credit card payments of 20% (3% management fee applies). This percentage should read as 4.5%
